The Fujairah Charity Association implemented a number of community initiatives during Eid Al-Fitr, targeting orphans and children, and visiting the pediatric department and other external departments at Fujairah Hospital, during Eid Al-Fitr. Youssef Al-Marshoudi, Director of the Association, stated that the initiatives varied in their content, objectives, and target groups, but they were all united in doing good during the blessed days of Eid Al-Fitr. Al-Marshudi pointed out that the association was keen to bring joy into the hearts of everyone in celebration of Eid Al-Fitr, through the continuity of community initiatives and participations to reach the largest number of beneficiaries, including the “Eid Clothing” initiative by providing Eid clothing for a number of 250 orphaned children. And the initiative of “distributing Eid” to about 300 beneficiary children, in addition to distributing a basket of fruits to (400) needy families. . Eid al-Fitr activities also included an entertainment and cultural program and competitions for 50 children of the orphan children of the association, in addition to distributing meals to children, and distributing cash to the participating children who are registered in the lists of the association.
