Building Wells

The well drilling project in Somalia, which has been initiated by the association, is a vital project that supplies clean drinking water to the people living in Bosasso, Somalia. Water scarcity is a major issue for many countries suffering from drought and desertification.

The drilling of 16 wells comes within the humanitarian aid provided by the Assembly to the Somalia under the generous guidance of His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Honorary President of the Society.

The aim of this humanitarian project is to provide clean water to Somalis under the difficult environmental, living and health conditions that Somalia is currently facing.
