The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center launched a campaign to combat blindness and the diseases that cause it in the city of Mbaki, Republic of Senegal, from February 27 to March 5, 2022 AD. 

During the campaign, the medical team has so far examined 2,000 patients, performed 220 surgeries to remove cataracts, and dispensed 250 eyeglasses.   

This campaign comes as an extension of the projects related to combating blindness implemented by the Kingdom, represented by the Center, for families with low incomes in a number of brotherly and friendly countries.
