With the support of the King Salman Relief Center, more than 211,000 beneficiaries of the Nutrition Support Project for Children and Mothers in Yemen during the month of March

With the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, the Nutrition Project for children under five and pregnant and lactating mothers continued to provide its medical and nutritional services to beneficiaries in the governorates of Aden, Lahj, Taiz, Al Hudaydah, Hadhramaut, Hajjah, and Marib.

During the month of March 2022 AD, the project benefited 211,085 people, as 39,784 children were screened, 2,606 people with severe acute malnutrition were treated, 4,591 cases of moderate malnutrition were treated, and 3,682 children were provided with medical services to prevent them from malnutrition. .

24,868 pregnant and lactating mothers were screened, and 5,454 treatment services were provided, while 18,150 women received IMCI services, 98,542 reviews benefited from awareness activities, and 13,408 women benefited from the counseling corner.

This comes within the relief and humanitarian efforts provided by the Kingdom through the center to alleviate the suffering of the brothers in Yemen in light of the humanitarian crisis that they are going through.
